Where is SUST?
SUST is located in northern Xi'an 's Weiyang University Zone, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, People's Republic of China . The campus is situated near Xi'an Technological University and Xi'an Medical College, all of which are near Weiyang Lake Park .

How to get to SUST?
There are many ways to get to SUST, depending on where you are in Xi'an .
From the Xi'an/Xianyang International airport to SUST
Taxi: about 30 minutes (80-100 RMB)
Airport Express Bus: to the Melody Hotel in downtown Xi'an about 45 minutes (25 RMB), then Bus 336 at Xihua Men Bus Stop (a 15 minute walk north of the Melody Hotel) to SUST about 60 minutes (1.5 RMB)
From Xi'an Railway Station to SUST
Taxi: about 40 minutes (30-40 RMB)
Bus 719: east of the Railway Station about 60 minutes (3 RMB)
From Downtown Xi'an (near the Bell Tower ) to SUST
Taxi: about 40 minutes (35-45 RMB)
Bus 336 at Xihua Men Bus Stop: about 60 minutes (1.5 RMB)

Campus layout
There are two parts of campus that are split by Cao Tan Road . On one side of the road is residential area , which includes student dormitories and student cafeterias. The other side is the academic area (Including the Teaching Buildings, the Library, Laboratory Buildings , teachers' cafeteria, recreational areas, and foreign teachers' apartments).

Professional Life
There are two sets of buildings on the academic side of campus that foreign teachers will utilize.
Yifu administration building houses the OICE and college department offices
Teaching Buildings and Laboratory Buildings hold most classes

Personal Life
Accommodation
Teachers' apartments are complete with all utilities including radiators (heat), electricity, internet and water.
Supplies in teachers' apartments include furnishings (desk, bed, chairs and sofa) and electronic supplies (computer, fridge, washing machine, hot water heater in the bathroom, and air conditioner).
Food Options
Teacher's cafeteria on the academic side of campus.
SUST campus canteen (Qinyuan Canteen)
The local Backstreet with dozens of small restaurants and food stalls
