The President's Office is a comprehensive organization that leads the University's development with the support of the executive leadership and the rest of the school which includes:
Drafting administrativ e reports including strategic plans, resolutions and announcements
Releasing administrative regulations and rules in the name of the University
The Personnel Office
This office takes overall responsibility for personnel work under the direct leadership of the vice-president in charge. These responsibilities include:
Planning policies of developing teaching staff
Reforming and perfecting employment system
The Human Resources Office
The Human Resources Office works closely with the Personnel Office, and is responsible for the redeployment, recruitment , retirement, and other related personnel procedures.
The Teaching Affairs Office
This office is responsible for University-wide professional development plans including:
Arrangement of academic disciplines
Construction and development of brand-named subjects
Building, implementation and inspection of student curriculum
The Financial Office
This office deals with monetary transaction rules. The office does a number of things:
Drafts and implements financial regulations for the University
Creates budgets for the University and each college
Distributes wages, allowances, subsidies, scholarships and loans
The Supervision and Audit Office
This office supervises and audits internal accounting records, relevant assets a nd r evenue, and expenditure in each University office, department and college.
The Science and Technology Office
The Science and Technology Office attaches great importance to the promotion of scientific and technological achievements, mainly engaged in paper-making, leather-making, materials science, chemistry, food, light machinery, industrial design and electronic technologies.
The Office of International Cooperation and Exchange (OICE)
The OICE is responsible for the communication with foreign universities and employment of foreign teachers (visit the Exchanges & Partnerships and Employment pages for more details) to promote culture and academic exchanges and partnerships.
The Logistics Affairs Company
The Logistics Affairs Company provides teachers and students with various service s including c atering , accommodation, campus green and public facilities maintenance, warm water supply, bath services, sanitation, cleaning, transportation, commercial house management, grocery shopping, and health care .
The Security Office
The Security Office is responsible for University security.
